Does anyone else have trouble staying motivated? I seem to have a really hard time doing that. I hate that I always start so strong on any diet/weight loss journey that I've attempted and then after 2 or 3 weeks I suddenly stop. I'm always complaining to myself that I'm not happy with how I look and yet I put myself back into that situation.
I'm hoping that this time it's going to be different. I am working on not drinking sodas and not snacking....trying to drink more water. I haven't really started exercising yet, but I'll be doing that today.
I'm just looking for that motivation....anything and everything that will push me to work harder.
Hopefully by blogging, I can get that motivation that I need.
Success doesn't come easily, it comes by working hard.
