I'm down another pound, so that brings me to a total of 9 lbs so far. I've almost reached my mini goal, which is set at 10 pounds everytime so that I have something to look forward to being excited about. hehe.
I'm still working on drinking lots of water and stopped the snacking. When I feel the need to snack, I just grab my water bottle and start drinking. :) It helps a lot too.
